Choose a Real Estate template from our Basic or Advanced Template selections.
Choose a color scheme you would like to use, you are not limited to the color scheme represented in the templates. You may be inspired by a color scheme from another template or custom site, which you have seen online, just make note of that preferred template #. Maybe you have the ideal color scheme in you head, we can certainly try to match that as best as possible! We just need a reference.
Choose an Agent, Brokerage or Custom website package.
Choose photos that you would like to replace in the your template selection.
The replacement photos must be High quality - at least 300 dpi. Please note: we customize the Real Estate templates flash banner using the photos you submit to us! We create unique sites for all our clients.
Contact the Sales Department at 1 866-620-7666 or email sales@bmrrealestate.com to discuss set up an appointment to review your website options and place your order. All calls and email inquiries will be responded to within 24hrs.
You will then be emailed a questionnaire to fill out regarding the details of your real estate website. It is in the questionnaire that you will be able to submit all the details of your new real estate website.
Fill out the questionnaire and submit the questionnaire and all photo files and Company Logo to the Sales Department via email sales@bmrrealestate.com, make sure to include your contact information in the email and place your name in the Subject Bar.
You will be invoiced for the amount of the site and be sent agreements to sign.
You will need to fax back all signed agreements. Fax to: 305-398-8014
After all the necessary files are submitted and payment has been received, you site will be complete within 6 weeks. Time frame may vary depending on complexity of website and your diligence on asset submission.
Make payment with credit card via Pay Pal on our website or faxed copy of your check with the signed agreements. Place the check, made out to BMR, in the mail addressed to:

All our clients are offered one website review in which you look over your site and minor changes will be gladly accommodated.
